CAP Implementation Timeline
The City’s latest Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory indicates that the Stationary Energy and Transportation sectors house the City’s greatest areas of emissions. As such, the City has prioritized work in these same areas of the Climate Action Plan (CAP). The City will conduct another GHG Inventory Update in 2026 to check our progress since adoption of the CAP in 2023.These initiatives are supported by ongoing funding and planning and are complimented by providing necessary education and outreach work with the community as well.
