Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan provides a comprehensive framework for decision-making and courses of action to make Kent a great place to live, work and play. Included are historical and current points of data as well as predictive estimates for the future.  

Climate Action Plan

The Sustainability Coordinator works closely with Community Development, Engineering, and the Sustainability Commission to meet the goals of the City's Climate Action Plan. Visit the Sustainability Overview page for more details.

PY2020-2024 Consolidated Plan

This Plan identifies the funding objectives of infrastructure and public facility improvements, housing programs, and support services for low-to-moderate income persons. The plan is managed by the Community Development Department. 

Dam Restoration Project

The Dam Restoration Project began to improve the water quality of the Cuyahoga river in Kent. It required a multi-disciplinary team of consultants working with the City and an advisory committee to bring the project to fruition.
